Our coaches will teach you the basic fundamentals of CrossFit. Each session will focus on teaching you the proper technique followed by a tailored workout for your fitness level. All three foundation sessions are programmed to help familiarize you with all the basic movements in CrossFit. Once you've completed all three sessions you will be ready to start your CrossFit journey safely.
