If you’ve ever felt frustrated by restrictive diets, conflicting nutrition advice, or a lack of accountability, you’re not alone.
Our Nutrition Coaching program at CrossFit Muse is designed to help you build sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle, so you can achieve lasting results without giving up the foods you love.
Whether your goal is weight loss, improved athletic performance, increased energy, or better overall health, we’ll help you create a plan that works for you.
We begin by learning about your goals, lifestyle, schedule, current eating habits, and any challenges you’ve experienced in the past.
Your coach will create a customized plan based on your goals and experience level. No crash diets. No one-size-fits-all templates.
You’ll receive ongoing support, guidance, and feedback through regular check-ins to help you stay on track and continue making progress.
As your body and goals change, your nutrition plan evolves with you to ensure continued success.
At CrossFit Muse, we believe nutrition should enhance your life, not control it.
Our coaches focus on education, accountability, and sustainable habits that fit your schedule, preferences, and lifestyle. Our goal isn’t just to help you achieve results—it’s to help you maintain them.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
