Our Olympic Weightlifting program in Los Angeles focuses on teaching the snatch, clean, and jerk through expert coaching and structured progressions. Located in Downtown Los Angeles near USC, CrossFit Muse provides Olympic weightlifting coaching for beginners, CrossFit athletes, and competitive lifters looking to improve technique and build strength.

Our Olympic Weightlifting classes focus on developing proper technique, strength, and confidence under the barbell. Athletes in this program will work on:

No prior Olympic weightlifting experience is required. Our coaches adjust progressions based on experience level, ensuring athletes develop safely and effectively.
