Every class is coach-led and follows a structured 60-minute format: a warm-up, movement instruction, the workout, and a cooldown. Your coach will demonstrate every movement, correct your form, and scale the workout to match exactly where you are fitness-wise — whether you've never touched a barbell or you've
been training for years.
Our programming is constantly varied, meaning no two days are the same. One day might be running and kettlebells, the next Olympic lifting and rowing. It keeps things fresh, effective, and never boring — which is exactly what you need when your schedule is already demanding enough.
CrossFit is built around five pillars: Diet (the foundation of health and performance), Metabolic Conditioning (building all three energy systems), Gymnastics (body control and range of motion), Weightlifting and Throwing (strength and power), and Sport (applying fitness competitively). Together they build the most well-rounded fitness possible.
Do I need any CrossFit experience? None at all. Every new member starts with a free No Sweat Intro — we learn about your goals and walk you through everything before your first class.
Do you offer student pricing? Reach out directly — we're always happy to find an option that works for a student budget and schedule.
What time are classes? Early morning, midday, and evening options are available daily to work around your class schedule. Check our current schedule online.
Can I drop in if I train CrossFit elsewhere? Absolutely. Drop-ins are always welcome — just reach out ahead of time so we can save you a spot.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
